Our CrossFit Lean class is at 5:15 AM for a reason: We only want people who are serious. Serious to the point that regular people call them crazy. If you are so committed to improving your life that you workout at five in the morning, you belong in this group. Everyone is pushed forward in a competitive yet friendly environment.

CrossFit Lean classes are similar to CrossFit, but with more intense, less technical movements. The focus is on high intensity interval training (HIIT). That means short bursts of intense exercise to spike your heart rate, followed by short periods of rest. This maximizes the conditioning and fat burning potential of the workout.

This class is great for people who are new to CrossFit, as well as anyone who wants to start their day with improving their fitness.
