Boxing has become one of the most popular workouts today due to its capacity to build a strong, lean and powerful body.
Boxing workouts are a great way to relieve stress and build confidence while burning over 800 calories an hour.
Group boxing training consists of a warm up, jumping rope, shadow boxing, speed and strength training, heavy bag training, partner drills, calisthenics, and a cool down.
Many professional and amateur boxers, as well as the novice athlete, have benefited from our group boxing sessions.
All workouts are an hour long. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a towel... you are going to need it!
