CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

Haven't worked out in a long time or ever? That's okay! CrossFit workouts are designed to accommodate your fitness level and ability. Modifications are made to create a successful performance that is challenging and rewarding. Whether you just want to get into shape or are training for an event or team, we can cater our workouts to your needs and goals.

As you progress in CrossFit, you will notice that your fitness improves all areas of your life. You will feel more alert during the day, making you more productive at work. You will have less anxiety when dealing with the craziness of your home life (when your spouse and kids need attention 24/7). You will sleep better, making your brain less foggy. You will eat healthier because clean food leads to better performance in your workout. You won't be winded after you walk up the stairs. Everything you do becomes more enjoyable.
